A solid content test, adhesive performance test, coating test, aging test and low-temperature test should be conducted by the laboratory on each batch of orders. For large orders, it should be tested 2 or 3 times in each sequence.

PH value and hardness should be roughly tested by the technical personnel from production workshops before the product filled and it should be detected by the laboratory according to the industry standards when it filled.

Our laboratory  is currently dedicated itself to develop an environment friendly formaldehyde-free glue such as fluorescent colored glue stick and golden powder glue, etc.
